Frederick William (F. W.) Thomas (1867–1956)

Although Frederick William (F. W.) Thomas (1867–1956) was an English Indologist who held the chair of the Boden Professor of Sanskrit at Oxford University between 1927 and 1937 (a post that carried with it a fellowship at Balliol College), he was also a Tibetologist, who published a number of works on Tibetological  themes.
